1.5 lb green beans

3/4 cup of olive oil

1/2 cup packed finely chopped mint leaves

3/4 cup white wine vinegar

1/2 tspn salt

1/4 tspn pepper

1 cup chopped toasted pecans

1 cup crumbled good quality feta

Preparation

Steam and cool green beans Combine oil, mint, vinegar, salt and pepper in food processor Pour over green beans Toss with pecans and feta Serve
