Ingredients

2 lbs. radishes with ends cut off & cut into fourths

2 Tbs. olive oil

4 tsp. light vinegar

salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

4 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley, chives, or cilantro

3-4 cloves garlic, crushed

Preparation

Heat oil in med. sized pan over medium-high heat, then add radishes, & garlic. saute until radishes begin to slightly brown and blister, about 2-3 mins. Stir in vinegar and salt and pepper, and cook for additional 3-4 mins, till softened, but still crispy. Remove to serving plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs of your choice. Serve immediately.
