Ingredients
16 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails intact
flour
1 T butter
2T brandy
1/3 c whip cream
1/3 c gorgonzola (about 1 1/2 oz)
1/3 c parm grated
1 1/2 tsp fresh minced marjoram or 1/2 tsp dried
Preparation
Coat shrimp with flour; shake off excess. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over high heat. Add shrimp & saute 1 min. Add brandy & cook 30 secs. Add cream, Gorg, Parm & marjoram & boil til shrimp are cooked through & sauce thickens. stir freq & turn shrimp with tongs, 3 mins. Divide shrimp, spoon sauce over
