Ingredients
1 tsp butter
3 TBS minced shallots
1 pound fresh spinach, cooked just till wilted, squeezed dry and chopped
1 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
pinch of nutmeg
salt and pepper
Preparation
melt butter, add shallot and cook until golden. blend in cooked spinach, pear, nutmeg, salt and pepper. cook stirring constantly until heated through. serve immediately
