Ingredients
6 oz andouille sausage
1/2 lb okra
2 garlic cloves
1 lb cherry tomatoes
cilantro
salt and pepper
Preparation
cook 6 oz thinly sliced andouille sausage, 1/2 lb okra (sliced lengthwise) and 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until the sausage is browned and the okra is almost tender. Add 1 lb cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to burst. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
