Ingredients

6 thin medallions of fresh veal cutlets,1 doz. sliced mushrooms

1/2 medium chopped onion,1 large clove of garlic minced,

4 tablespoons of butter,1/2 oz. Virgin olive oil,1 1/2 oz white wine,4 oz. cream / cup of flour

small bunch of chopped parsley

Preparation

melt the butter with the olive oil,saute the garlic and onions till translucent,dredge the thin slices of veal through the flour and place in pan,allow veal to cook to the edge before turning,add the mushrooms and allow to cook, remove the veal and deglaze with the wine, replace the veal and add the cream, spinkle with chopped parsley when serving.
