Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 1/2 lobs zucchini, cut into 2" long pieces, then 1/2 x 1/2 strips
1/2 cups thinly sliced fresh basil
Preparation
Heat oil in large deep skillet over high heat. Add zucchini and saute until crisp tender; about 5 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Toss with basis. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
