4 tablespoons oil

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

2 tablespoons green pepper, finely chopped

3/4 teaspoon oregano

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Skin chicken pieces. Lightly dust them with flour. Heat the oil in a skillet and quickly brown the chicken pieces. Put the chicken into a casserole with a lit. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and bake one hour.
