slices pumpernickel cocktail bread

thin slices cucumber (about 1/4 medium)

tablespoon diced pimiento, well drained

Preparation

Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons cream cheese onto each slice of bread. Top each with cucumber slice. Sprinkle each with a few bits of pimiento.
