Ingredients
5 hardboiled eggs, sliced
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon savory
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
Over medium-low heat, saute onion in butter. Add savory and mustard, stir before adding mushroom soup and cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and remove from heat.
5 minutes before serving add eggs and heat through. Serve on toast or English muffins. Do not cover.
