Ingredients

6 c. plain nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)

1/4 c. maple syrup

2 Tbls. olive oil

2 Tbls. herbs de Provance

1/2 tsp. cayanne pepper

Preparation

  1. heat syrup, oil, herbs, and cayanne till simmering.

  2. pour over nuts and stir well to coat.

  3. spread in single layer on baking sheet.

  4. bake 20 minutes @ 350

  5. Salt to taste + enjoy!
