Ingredients
6 c. plain nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
1/4 c. maple syrup
2 Tbls. olive oil
2 Tbls. herbs de Provance
1/2 tsp. cayanne pepper
Preparation
heat syrup, oil, herbs, and cayanne till simmering.
pour over nuts and stir well to coat.
spread in single layer on baking sheet.
bake 20 minutes @ 350
Salt to taste + enjoy!
