Ingredients

1 unsliced round loaf sourdough bread

1 lb. monterrey jack cheese, sliced

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup chopped green onions

2-3 tsp chives

chopped red and green bell peppers

Preparation

Cut the bread lengthwise and crosswise withough cutting through the bottom crust. Insert cheese and peppers between cuts. Combine butter, onions, chives and drizzle over bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 for 15 minutes and uncovered for 10 mintues.
