Ingredients
Pork chops
flour
shallots
one jar fat-free beef gravy
capers
fresh thyme and rosemary
balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Chop herbs and shallots. Drain capers. Thinly slice pork chops into strips and dredge in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook pork in olive oil with shallots. Add gravy with capers and herbs. Adjust salt and pepper and add a dash of balsamic vinegar.
