Ingredients
1 pound bulk pork sausage, cooked
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
8 medium green onions, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded mozerella cheese
1/1/4 cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12 eggs
Preparation
Layer sausage, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, and cheese in a 9 x 13 pan. Stir remaining ingredients and pour over ingredients in pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
