Ingredients

1 1 lb box grooved pasta, such as radiatori

1 1/2 cups plain regular or low fat yogurt (not non-fat)

3 Tbs olive oil

3 Tbs lemon juice

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried basil

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2-1 tsp salt, depending on taste

1/2-1 tsp freshly ground pepper

1 garlic clove, diced (or 1 1/2 tsp jarred crushed garlic)

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables, or 1 head broccoli, chopped

Preparation

Boil the pasta in lightly salted water.

Mix all other ingredients except vegetables in a large serving bowl. When pasta has 2 minutes left to cook, add vegetables to pasta water to cook vegetables. Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce in serving bowl. Stir to mix and serve.
