1 rack of pork back ribs

Presidents Choice Dry Garlic Sparerib Sauce.

President’s Choice 4-Peppercorn Steak Spice.

Preparation

Cut back ribs into sections so they easily fit into your steamer—I just use my vegetable steamer.

STEAM RIBS FOR 1-HOUR—DO NOT BOIL!!!!!

While ribs are hot, coat both sides with PC Dry Garlic Sauce and sprinkle on PC 4-peppercorn Steak Spice (LOTS).

Wrap ribs in heavy duty tin foil and when cool, put them in the freezer. You can make several batches and store them in the freezer this way.

When you want to use for dinner, simply remove ribs from freezer, defrost and put them on the barbeque for 3-5 minutes to crisp up.
