Ingredients

400 gm pork,( pork neck)

2 tbsp. grated ginger

2 tbsp grated onion

2 tbsp.grated green apple

1 tbsp. rice wine

1 tbsp. sesame oil

some pepper

oyster sauce

plain flour for dredging

oil for deep frying

Preparation

  1. slice pork into 1" pieces and 1/4" thick, pound them with a mallet.
  2. marinate meat pieces with 2 tbsp.light soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 tbsp of rice wine, 2 tbsp. of grated onion, 2tbsp grated ginger and 2 tbsp grated apple.
  3. just before frying add in appx. 2 tbsp. flour, mixed well and deep fry till golden brown. Put aside.
  4. stir fry some onion slices add in a cup of water, 1 tbsp. oyster sauce and pinch of sugar and cornstarch.
  5. Voila ready to serve with piping hot rice. and some greens.
