Ingredients

1 cup dark scallion greens 

1/4 cup fresh cilantro sprigs 

1/4 cup chopped peeled fresh ginger 

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 

1/4 cup vegetable oil 

Preparation

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, about 1 minute. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
