Ingredients

1 lb scallops

2 zucchinis sliced 1/4 "

2 yellow squash 1/4" slice

1 medium onion cut into chunks

1 8 oz package of mushrooms

1 package of grape tomatoes

MARINADE AND GRILLING SAUCE

1 Bottle of fatfree italian salad dressing (reserve 2 tbsp)

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic minced

AIOLI/DIP -if desired

1/3 cup hellmans

2 tbsp fatfree italian dressing

1 clove garlic minced

Preparation

Thread skewers w/first 6 ingredients. Marinade 3-4 hours or overnight. Grill 3-4 minutes per side depending on heat of grill. Serve w/dipping sauce on the side.
