Ingredients

cups thinly sliced, peeled potatoes (about 6 medium)

1/2

cup chopped onion

tablespoons all-purpose flour

teaspoon salt

1/4

teaspoon pepper

cups chopped cooked ham

1

(14.5-oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained, cut-up

2

tablespoons margarine or butter, cut into small pieces

Preparation

Spray inside of 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of potatoes, onion, flour, salt, pepper, ham, tomatoes and margarine in sprayed slow cooker. Repeat layers.

Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour.

Reduce heat setting to low; cook an additional 5 to 6 hours. Stir before serving.
