Ingredients
1 stick butter + 2 TBsp
1 large shallot minced
1 small garlic clove minced
juice of one small lemon
dash of sea salt
1 lbs of large scallops
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Preparation
Preheat broiler. Melt 1 stick of butter. Add shallot, garlic, lemon juice, salt and set aside. Melt remaining 2 TBsp of butter. Dredge scallops in flour, dip in butter and coat with parmesan. Arrange in individual oven-safe serving dishes. Divide shallot butter among dishes. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediatly
