Ingredients
1 b. fresh scallops
3/4 C. half and half cream
1 C. dried bread crumbs
1/2 C. butter
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika, added last
Preparation
Arrange scallops in casserole dish. Pour half of cream over fish. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter and seasonings. Sprinkle over fish. Top with second half of cream. and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. until golden brown.
