Ingredients
1 lb. fresh scallops
3/4 C. half and half cream
1/2 C. butter
1 C. dried bread crumbs
2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
Arrange scallops into 9 x 11" buttered baking dish.Pour1/2 C. half and half over scallops. Mix bread crumbs and butter and seasonings, sprinkle over scallops. Top with remaining half and half cream. Sprinkle with 1;4 tsp. paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min. uncovered
