Ingredients
1 Lb Scallops coarsley chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup fresh chives
1 Tbl grated ginger
1 Tbl lime juice
1 lg egg
1 tsp grated lime peel
For sauce: one cup fresh cilantro lvs
3 Tbl lime juice
1 garlic clove minced
1 Tsp dijon
a few drops of tobasco
3/4 cup mayo
Preparation
Cook onion in olive oil transfer to a bowl. Mix in other ingrediants. Add scallops. Dredge in panako Form patties refrigerate. Turn on oven to 450 degrees. Fry patties in corn oil. one minute per side. Transfer to baking sheet and place in oven for 5-7 minutes Serve w mayo
