Ingredients

1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese

1/2 tsp creamed horseradish

1 slice rye bread

1/4 avocado, sliced

1 slice of smoked salmon

a small bunch of chives

lemon juice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix the low-fat cream cheese with the creamed horseradish and season. Spread the slice of rye bread with the cheese then add slices of avocado and the smoked salmon.

  2. Sprinkle over snipped chives and a dash of lemon juice.
