Ingredients

1 lb. Extra lean ground beef

1 cup Chopped onion

2 tblsp Garlic, minced

1 (14.5 oz) can Rotell tomatoes, undrained

1 tblsp Tomato paste

1 (14.5 oz) can Red kidney bean, rinsed and drained

2 tbsp. Chili powder

1 tbsp. Cumin

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Sautee onions and garlic in a pan. Add beef and brown, just until the pink is gone. Drain, and add to crock pot with other ingredients. Cook on low 4-6 hours. Serve with sour cream, or cheese or onion etc.
