1 minced garlic clove
8-10 soft ripe cherry tomatoes
4-5 thin slices of scarmoza affumicata
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
sautè minced garlic in a medium skillet with the olive oil add diced cherry tomatoes, stir and cook til soft add salt and pepper to taste place the sliced scamorza on top of tomato mixture cover and let melt slightly or to taste, once melted ready to serve with a side of toasted bread.
