broc rabe
pulled chicken
hot italian sausage
borola wine
garlic
shallots
pecorino cheese
basil floret

Preparation
preheat saute pan add olive oil saute garlic and shallots add sausage and chicken(just to heat through) add peppers onions and broc rabe deglaze with wine and chicken stock add under al dente pasta when liquid is absorbed in pasta place in bowl and top with pecorino and basil floret.
