Ingredients

1/2 pound shrimps

1 box coconut milk

1 onion

Paprika

Salt, pepper

Preparation

Chisel the onion and cook it in a frying pan with olive oil. Once cooked, add the shrimps to the pan and carry on cooking. Pour the coconut milk into the pan and add the paprika to the preparation, the quantity is not indicated, add according to your taste. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve in individual bowls for appetizer or in large plate with rice for main course.
