Ingredients

12 oz (3 cups) flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

3 oz butter

2 Tbs sugar

7 oz milk (sour cream and milk combined is the best)

Preparation

Stir together first 3 ingredients - rub in butter until very fine. Stir in sugar and milk. Cut out into scones. Glaze with milk and sugar. Bake at 425F (220C) about 10 min until slightly brown.
