Ingredients

2 Cups Unseasoned Rice Wine Vinegar

2 Teaspoons Granulated Garlic

1 Teaspoon Paprika

10 Dried Chiles de Arbol [Stemmed]

2 Tomatoes [Finely Diced]

1 Red Onion [Finely Diced]

Preparation

In a blender, combine vinegar, paprika, and garlic. Remove the stems from the dried chiles and add them to the liquid.

Blend ingredients until the chiles are broken up into a crushed red pepper consistency.

Dice the tomatoes and onion into a fine dice and add the other ingredients from the blender.

Serve the salsa for chips or as an addition to a main course.
