Ingredients
1 package Johnsonville Brats
1 can of beer
10 medium size shrimp
favorite barbeque sauce
aluminum foil
asparagus and cherry tomatoes.
Preparation
Cut each brat into bit size pieces (about 3 pieces per brat) and cover shrimp in barbeque sauce. Alternate skewers with sausage, shrimp, halved asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Use approximately 1 sausage, 2 shrimp and 2 spears of asparagus per skewer. Make a small “boat” of aluminum foil, ensuring the ends are properly rolled up. Place 1 skewer into the boat and pour 3T of beer into the boat. Fold the edges of the foil together to seal and carefully place on the grill. Cook skewers 8 minutes or until the brat is cooked through.
