Ingredients

1 Cup Sugar

1 Cup White Corn Syrup

1 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (creamy)

6 Cups Special K cereal

1 Cup Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Butterscotch Chips

Preparation

Pour the sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter into a large microwaveable bowl. Cook on High for 3 min and then stir. Next begin to slowly pour and stir in the Special K cereal. After thoroughly mixing, pour out and press the mix into a 9 x 13" pan.

For the Frosting: Melt the chocolate and butterscotch chips in the microwave on high for 2 min. and then stir. Pour over the Special K mix and spread evenly.

Allow to cool before serving.
