Ingredients

25g (1oz) white or black truffles

6 eggs

60ml milk

2tbsp butter

Some salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Break the eggs to a bowl add the milk salt and pepper and beat.
  2. heat the butter and pure the eggs cook till they ready.
