Ingredients
3 cups flour
2/3 c cocoa
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
sift together and make 3 holes in the mixture
2/3 cups oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon vingar
2 cups cold water
Preparation
Sift dry ingredients together into cake pan make 3 holes in the mixture, pour wet ingredients into holes. Mix together. Pour the cold water over entire mixture, mix well bake at 350 for 30 minutes
