Ingredients
1 loaf pound cake
1 qt fresh strawberries, sliced, reserve a couple whole for garnish
1 pint blueberries, set aside some for garnish
6 medium peaches, peeled, seeded and sliced; canned peaches can be substituted if necessary 1 lrg can,sliced
1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 Tbsp Grand Marnier Orange liquor (if desired)
1 16 oz whipped topping
Preparation
Prepare vanilla pudding according to instructions on box. Add Grand Marnier and mix well. Cut pound cake into bite size cubes and place half in the bottom of a triffle dish or large, deep bowl. Top with half of the peaches, strawberries and blueberries. Spread evenly. Top with half of the pudding mixture. Spread evenly to sides of bowl. Top with half of the whipped topping. Spread evenly to sides of bowl. Repeat each layer with cake, fruit, pudding and finish with whipped topping. Garnish with whole strawberries halfed and a sprinkle of blueberries. Chill for at least 30 mins before serving.
