Ingredients
3 cups instant rice
3/4 cup salsa-any kind
3/4 cup BBQ sauce-any kind
1 can of corn 15 oz
1.5 lbs cubed and cooked chicken
corn bread or corn muffins
Preparation
bring water to boil, add rice, BBQ sauce and salsa, cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. you may have to add a little more water, to soften rice more. Add corn and chicken at the last couple of minuts to warm up
