Ingredients

1 cup medium shell pasta

1 - 16 oz can kidney beans - drained and rinsed

½ cup chopped celery

½ small red onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

½ cup light Italian dressing

½ head romaine lettuce

1 can tuna, drained

4 medium carrots, peeled, sliced

2 tomatoes cut into wedges

1 bell pepper cut into strips

Preparation

Cook pasta, drain. Toss with beans, celery, onion, parsley and 1/3 cup dressing. Let marinate for awhile. Arrange lettuce on plates. Add above mix. Surround with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
