Ingredients
2 tbs butter
1/2 c diced red pepper
1/2 c diced red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1# uncooked shrimp
1 can (6.5 oz) minced clams in clam juice
1 can (6 oz) fancy lump crabmeat
Juice of 1/2 a lime
2 tsp each basil and oregano
1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 pkg Knorrs Alfredo Sauce Mix
1 c skim milk
1/2 lb cooked fettuccini
Preparation
Saute red pepper and onion in butter about 5 minutes. Add garlic, shrimp, clams (with juice), crabmeat, lime juice and spices. Simmer 10-15 minutes until shrimp is pink. In gravy shaker, combine sauce mix and milk. Gradually stir in to skillet, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over fettuccini noodles.
