Ingredients
1 pound Shrimp
1 pound Crawfish tails
2 sticks Butter
3 yellow onions (chopped)
2 Bell peppers (diced)
1 pound Velvetta Mexican cheese
12 oz Egg noodles
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 pound Cheddar Cheese
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
3 Tablespoons parsley
salt,pepper and cayenne pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Saute onions and bell pepper in butter for 4 minutes. Add garlic, saute 2 more mintues. Add seafood and parsley cook for 10 minutes or til tender. Add velvetta cheese, cream of mushroom soup and flour. Season to taste and simmer 30 minutes. Boil noddles, according to package directions, then ad to seafood mixture. Pour into a 13x9" baking pan, top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
