Ingredients
1 package of roasted garlic flavoured couscous
1 medium red pepper
1 medium tomato
1 can of garbanzo beans
feta cheese
10 small cooked shrimp
1 cup of cooked calamari- cut into rings
finely chopped fresh basil
finely chopped fresh parsley
1 cup of olive oil
basalmic vinegar to taste
salt to taste
Preparation
Cook couscous according to package instructions. Allow to cool. Dice up tomato and red pepper. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Allow ingredients to absorb and marinate for about 30 minutes.
Now it’s ready to eat.
