Ingredients

1 lb. each: crab meat

shrimp

& scallops; sherry

3 lbs. spinach

1 cup each finely chopped celery

onion

mushrooms & carrots;butter

flour

cream

lasagna

Parmesan

and mozzarella.

Preparation

Shell shrimp & combine with other seafood in bowl. Add sherry to marinate while chopping vegetables. Saute veges for 5 minutes & set aside.Melt 1 stick butter,add 6 tbs. flour, and cook for 3 mins.Add cream (about 4 c.),& Parmesan to make Alfredo sauce.Assemble in 9 x 13 pans starting with lasagna noodles, then veges,seafood,& Alfredo sauce.Top final layer with mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned on top. Makes two pans.
