4 OUNCES OF YOUR FAVORITE FRESH PASTA
Preparation
IN A 10" SAUTE PAN HEAT BUTTER AND OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT.ADD SEAFOOD AND SEAR BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.ADD LEEKS AND WINE FLAME TO COOK OFF ALCOHOL.ADD CREAM REDUCE HEAT TO SIMMER.COOK UNTILL SAUCE THICKENS ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR SO.SERVE IMEDIATELY OVER PASTA.
