Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin

1/4 C. water

1 C. picante salsa ( Medium )

8 ounces Cream Cheese

1/4 C. Chopped Onion

1/2 C. Chopped Celery

2-4 T. Chopped Green Pepper

2-4 Dashes of hot pepper sauce

1 6 ounce can Crab

1 Lb. Shrimp steamed, devained and chopped

1 C. Mayonnaise

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water. Heat salsa to boil. Add gelatin & stir well. Add cream cheese & stir well. Whisk until smooth. Cool. Add veggies, hot pepper sauce & seafood. Fold in Mayo. Pour into lightly oiled mold & chill until firm.
