Ingredients
1# linguine
olive oil
small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1# flounder filet
1# scallops
8 oz tomato sauce
Preparation
- Cook pasta and drain.
- Coat bottom of dutch oven with olive oil and heat over medium heat.
- Saute onion and garlic until tender and golden, stirring frequently.
- Lay fish and scallops on top of the onion and garlic. Allow them to cook for several minutes.
- Stir mixture and cook until fish is done (five - ten minutes).
- Add tomato sauce to the Dutch oven and heat through.
- Combine pasta and seafood mixture in a large bowl and serve.
