Ingredients

1# linguine

olive oil

small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1# flounder filet

1# scallops

8 oz tomato sauce

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. Coat bottom of dutch oven with olive oil and heat over medium heat.
  3. Saute onion and garlic until tender and golden, stirring frequently.
  4. Lay fish and scallops on top of the onion and garlic. Allow them to cook for several minutes.
  5. Stir mixture and cook until fish is done (five - ten minutes).
  6. Add tomato sauce to the Dutch oven and heat through.
  7. Combine pasta and seafood mixture in a large bowl and serve.
