Ingredients

1 qt tomato juice

Dice the following ingredients:

1/2 lb. steamed and peeled roma tomatoes

1 red pepper

1 med onion

2 stalks celery

2-1/2 c. fresh spinach

1 tbsp dried mustard

1 tsp italian parsley

salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

In a dutch oven, combine above ingredients. Bring to a medium simmer for l5 minutes. Add seafood mixture simmer another 5 minutes. Serve with crusty french bread.
