Ingredients
1 lb Peeled and deveined large shrimp
1 pint fresh shucked oysters
1 lb thin cut bacon
2 Jalapeno peppers, sliced very thin
Seafood Season Salt
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Preparation
Cut each bacon piece in half crosswise.
Slice jalapeno peppers into small slivers.
Take one shrimp, one oyster, one sliver of jalapeno, wrap one piece of bacon around and secure with one or two toothpicks.
Sprinkle skewered seahogs with season salt.
Preheat barbecue grill (oil hot grill to help prevent sticking).
Place skewers on grill and cook for 5 minutes then turn over for an additional 5 minutes.
Move skewers off direct heat and cook 2 minutes more on each side.
