Ingredients
2 15 oz cans Chili No Beans
1 15 oz can Beef Tamales
1 15 1/4 oz can kernel Corn
(drained)
1 2 1/4 oz ripe olives
(drained)
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 10 oz Fritos corn chips (crushed)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, lightly mix chili, tamales, corn, olives, onion, 3/4 of the crushed chips and 1 cup cheese. Place mixture in an 8X8 baking dish, sprayed with pam. Top with remaining cheese and chips. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly.
