Ingredients
2 Cups Cauliflower flowerets
1 cup seeded and sliced red peppers
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
3 Tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat a heavy sauté pan over high heat. Add all ingredients at once and let Vegetables quickly caramelize while tossing. Season to taste. Lower heat and cover. Simmer to desired taste.
