Swiss chard

Scallops

Flavored fetuccine, like chipotle pepper flavor

Red onion

Yellow banana pepper

Garlic

Tomato

Cilantro

Preparation

Saute chopped chard with chopped onion and pepper and minced garlic in olive oil. In meantime cook pasta and drain. Add some chopped tomato to chard after removing from heat and season with salt and pepper. Sear scallops in olive oil. Arrange pasta on serving plate,then layer chard over it. Arrange scallops on top and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
